Beside active in HFPA, prior to this, Shaza was also Chairman of Credit Manager Association, Division of Bali Hotel Association, and Vice Chairman of HCMA Jakarta.

Shaza has extensive experience in the hotel financial area. His wide range of experience at five star and five star plus hotels and resorts include;

Financial Controller at Alila Seminyak Bali . He was leading pre-opening team, set up all needed system, hardware and software to ensure a well managed opening process. Directly responsible for the corporate office operational and all business lines financial results by implementing the controlling system and respect of all operational expenses, analyzing financial result of all divisions and business lines and responsible for the proper use of financial and asset resources throughout properties in order to maximize the quality of all services to the customers and responsible for profitability. Building strong teamwork by implementing a sustainable training development to every of team member include managerial and technical skill among others.  Other Experience in Pre-Opening at The Regent Sanur as Director of Finance, Bulgari Hotel and Resort Bali and Ibis Circle Kuta.  And some other working experienced  including; Graha Holding Company as Managing Director of Finance, Sofitel Seminyak Bali, The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali, Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, The Ritz Carlton Bali, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan Ubud. And PT. Pinakawell Citra Tamara. His current position is the Associate Director of Finance and Director of Operation at PT. Anaamaya Resort Seminyak & PT. Anaamaya Mitra Selaras.  The Owning Company of the hotel Alila Seminyak Bali.

During his tenure, Shaza also received many awards related to his expertise i.e. Best Achieving Result, Five Star Leader -The Ritz Carlton Bali. Some award letter, Best Performance Award from the President of Four Seasons & Resort LLC, and also from the Senior Vice President Finance & Operations The Four Seasons Hotel & Resort LLC.  etc.


Dharma Wijaya

Dharma Wijaya is a Balinese born in 1965, Denpasar. A graduate of Bali Hotel and Tourism Diploma, Nusa Dua Bali in 1985, he began his career in Rooms Division at Santika Hotel, Tuban - Bali. Dharma has more than 26 years experiences  in the accounting and finance area, working in 5 stars and prestigious hotels like The Bali Hilton International, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay and Sayan-Ubud, GHM Hotels - The Club at The Legian Bali and The Legian Bali. His area of expertise is to focus on the core objectives, analysing strategy and developing finance and operational plans to meet targets, whilst delivering a responsible fiscal program. Dharma demonstrates incredible initiative and a strong dedication, work ethic, heightening brand recognition and excellent networking.

Dharma’ pre-opening hotel experience at Santika Hotel, Bandung and Bali Hilton International is also one of his strong points to continue his support in opening of two GHM hotels at The Nam Hai, Danang, Vietnam and The Chedi Sakala Tanjung Benoa - Bali.

As of August 2015, his role at The Legian Hotel Management as Vice President Finance, Administration and Human Resources functions of the Company besides continuing his support at The Legian Bali’s finance operation.

Start joint the tourism industry by November 15, 1990 as trainee of F&B Cashier at Ramada Bintang Bali Resort, joint the Grand Opening of Ramada Bintang Bali Resort on December 05, 1990, Set-up the Accounting operation of Bintang Flores Hotel on 8 May 2008 and set-up the Accounting operation of Bintang Kuta Hotel on 10 November 2012.

After more than 26 year growing up and experience on hotel industry, now taking the responsibility of helping the General Manager to operate the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort, Bintang Flores Hotel, Bintang Kuta Hotel and Bintang Bali Villa.

Yeni Resmiati is a Balinese born in 1968, Tabanan. A graduate of “Pendidikan Nasional University”, Denpasar in 1990, she began her career in Accounting Department at Legian Beach Hotel, Legian Kuta - Bali.

Yeni has more than 26 years experiences  in the accounting Legian Beach Hotel as Cost Control, Account Payable, Internal Auditor, IT Manager, then starting 2003 until now as Financial Controller in Legian Beach Hotel since 2003. She was assigning to re setup Accounting system and to control the finance matter of Candi Beach Resort & Spa , Candi Beach Villas in Candi Dasa  since 2015.


Mrs. Nila Permata Sari

Nila Permata Sari is born in 1973 – graduated from Bali Hotel & Tourism (STP Nusa Dua) in 1996.

She began her career in finance as a management trainee at Bali Hilton International and since then she developed her expertise in finance with other properties such as The Park Lane Jakarta, Mercure Resort Sanur, The Royal Beach Seminyak, Novotel Bali Benoa and Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua – from management trainee to Credit Manager, Chief Accountant, Assistant FC, Financial Controller and Director of Finance.

Nila has a high level of skills in controlling, analysis and forecasting. In her capacity as DOF, she has shown her dedication to her job, excellence in solving problems and particular attention for operations, as well as the development of her team.

Her recent role is as Director of Finance Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.


Training & Development 

Mr. Wayan Aribawa

Wayan Aribawa was bond in Tabanan, 15 May 1968. Ari graduated from Diploma Accounting Udayana University Denpasar in 1989.

Ari started his hospitality career as F&B Cost Controller at Bali Anggrek Inn Kuta in July 1990. He then advanced his career in various roles; Income Auditor, General Cashier, Account Payable, and Accountant at several chance hotels; Melia, Choice, Equator and   Starwood (merger with Marriot International). In June 2005 Ari got promotion as Financial Controller at The Laguna a Luxury Collection Resort Spa, Nusa Dua. Following that in January 2008 he has assignment as Director of Finance pre-opening team The St. Regis Bali Resort. In September 2010 promoted as Director of Finance - Complex  The St. Regis Bali Resort & The Laguna a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Nusa Dua

As part of Senior Leader Team in current his roles, the main responsibilities is working alongside Managing Director on making decision and advising on the best path of growth for the business. Responsible for all financial aspect of company strategy, analyses the figure and implement recommendation with the most profitability outcomes. Managing and leading a team though difficult periods.                

In his career he received various awards; July 2010 - the Most Outstanding Finance Associate Award, 2011- Gold Standard Award - Division Financial Forecasting Accuracy, 2009-2015 Best in Class Leader on Employee Satisfaction Index Result, Outstanding Leader Award 2015 on Indonesia Finance Awards 2015 and 2016 Nomination for Starwood Corporate 2016 CFO Experience Award.
